How do I participate?

In order to join the program, just click "Create an account". Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on "Rewards" tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part.

How can I spend my points?

Its very simple and straightforward. Just click on "Rewards" tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings

How do I check my Royalty Points and Rewards?

In-Store To check your Royalty Points, you may drop an email at info@bebehaus.com

Online Just log into your account, and click on the "Rewards" icon on the bottom left hand corner of the web page to view your current points.

Will my Royalty Points expire?

Each Royal point earned is only valid for 365 days. That is 1 year for you to earn as much and spend it all. Do take note that you will need to maintain your points to stay in a tier. If the points expire, you may fall out and lose some exciting benefits that you've been enjoying so far.

How do I move up a tier?

For every RM1 you spend, you get 1 Royal Point for. Once you hit the required points, you get to move up a tier.

Can I use my points in Bebehaus online store?

Yes. But you will need to convert your points to a cash voucher and then redeem it during payment at checkout.

Can I use my points in Bebehaus physical store?

Yes. We will assist to convert your available Royal Points to cash vouchers in the store first which you can then use as a payment.

Can I use my Royal Points as cash?

Sorry, we don't allow Royal Points to be exchanged into cash. You will need to convert into cash voucher first before using it for payment.

How much do I pay using points if my bill is RM100?

Example: If you have 5000 points and your bill is RM100, then you can redeem the 5000 points into an RM50 voucher. You just need to add RM50 cash/card to complete the transaction. Earning points is quite easy. Find out here on how to earn more points.

I just spent RM1000, how much Royal Points did I earn?

You will get 1 Royal Point for every RM1 spent. So if you spent RM1000, that is 1000 Royal Points for you.

How do I identify myself as a member in store?

Just mention your contact number or email address which you used to sign up to clarify as a member. Remember to always mention this to collect your points for every purchase.

Will I be able to transfer my membership?

Membership accounts and all Royal Points, benefits, rewards, and perks are strictly non-transferable. In the event that you wish to discontinue the membership, you may opt to terminate it by emailing info@bebehaus.com where you will lose all remaining points and rewards.

Is there a requirement to be a member?

Anyone who is above 18 years old and has an active payment source (online bank/Credit Card/Debit Card) is qualified to be a member.

Why do I need to provide my personal details for registration as a member?

We would need the information to be able to identify you as our Royal Customer in order to enjoy all the Royal Perks & Benefits. The email address and contact number is a unique identification method that the system would need to recognize each account. But don't worry, we are committed to safeguarding all information for a safe shopping environment.

How do I be a Ruby member and what are the benefits I get?

Just create an account and make your first purchase to start earning points. You can also earn points by leaving a review of your favorite product or sharing it with your family and friends. There are so many ways to earn points which are fun and exciting too. In fact, we are giving you 1000 points as a welcome gift when you sign up with us.

How do I be a Sapphire member and what are the benefits I get?

Once you have achieved 2500 Royal Points, you will be upgraded to Sapphire. You can continue to earn points from the activities and the best part is, you get 10% off your purchases (controlled products are excluded. View the list here) By becoming our Sapphire member, you will receive a special thank-you gift from us too.

How do I be a Diamond member and what are the benefits I get?

You get the greatest perks once you are a Diamond Member. Once you achieve 5000 points, you will start earning 2 points for every RM1 and enjoy 10% off on your purchases (controlled products are excluded. View the list here).

You will get a 5000 points bonus once you enter Diamond Tier too.

How do I renew my membership?

Your membership will be automatically renewed with a minimum spend before the 12-month membership period ends

  • To maintain Sapphire, you will need to spend RM2500 in a year
  • To maintain Diamond, you will need to spend RM5000 in a year
